I am an internationally experienced technology executive with more than 35 years of executive leadership, enterprise technology and board-level experience.
My career combines executive leadership, entrepreneurial responsibility and governance experience with a strong focus on commercial growth, go-to-market strategy, sales scaling and international expansion.
Today, alongside my European management role at a global IT services provider, I serve as a sparring partner to owners, investors, boards and executive management teams.

Alongside my long-standing executive responsibilities in international technology companies, I have supported organizations in a range of governance roles – including as Chairman of the Management Board, Supervisory Board Member and Advisory Board Member. SUSE AG is a leading international provider of enterprise open-source solutions. The company develops business-critical software platforms for Linux, cloud infrastructures, Kubernetes and enterprise container management.
As a Supervisory Board Member, I advised and supervised the Management Board on strategic matters and the company's long-term development. My focus included the company's strategic direction, sustainable value creation and the responsible consideration of key corporate decisions.

Silicon Graphics GmbH was the German subsidiary of Silicon Graphics Inc. (SGI), a global provider of high-performance computing (HPC), visualization solutions and advanced IT infrastructure for industry, research and public-sector organizations.
As Chairman of the Management Board, I held overall responsibility for the German subsidiary. My responsibilities included developing and executing the company's strategy, leading sales and business development, and strengthening its position in the enterprise market. I also represented the company with customers, partners and international group management.
